Expert Technician

Mission Statement

To lead the instrumentation maintenance team to eliminate instrumentation related failures of the lines and utilities, ensure the reliable performance of all control and monitoring systems, carry out periodic maintenance, and maintain accurate records in accordance with relevant procedures.

Main Responsibilities

1-To distribute daily tasks to operators to realize business plans.
2-To ensure the cleaning and order of the responsibility area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.
3-To provide training for all maintenance operators on quality, maintenance, work safety, operating
procedures and instructions. "
4-To participate in internal audit and GMP practices and to ensure corrective and preventive actions for
nonconformities."
5-To ensure that the wastes in the responsibility area are separated and taken to waste areas.
6-To ensure failure / stop records of the machines in production lines are kept in SAP. To report
nonconformities and to ensure corrective and preventive action. "
7-To follow and support the development areas of operators, and to follow the annual leave and overtime of the them.
8-To ensure the continuity of production activities, to eliminate the electrical / electronic failures of the lines
and auxiliary facilities, to perform their periodic maintenance and to process their records in accordance
with the relevant procedures"
9-To produce electrical / electronic projects to increase quality and efficiency in production lines
10-Checking and analyzing electrical / electronic spare parts, informing engineers for stock-keeping materials.
11-To follow the plant electricity meters, to record them, to examine excessive consumption.
12-Daily checks of equipments in the responsibility area
13-To fill the forms and reports regularly and completely in accordance with the relevant procedures and
instructions."
14- Operating the TREX system in accordance with the procedures.
15-To comply with the rules of ISG, food safety and environmental system.

Candidate Education

DAE/ B-Tech Electrical or Electronics with 4-6 years functional experience
