Shape & Create - And make it happen!

  • Financial statements S1002_A1.0.0 - data supply, check, confirm, submission
  • Archive financial statements on SharePoint / as hardcopy
  • Half-year Financial statements S1027_A1.0.0 - preparation, check, submission
  • Financial audit - coordonating, delivery, analyse, audit documents signed
  • Main contact in relation with GT for the local TP file
  • Group contracts/ annexes/ supporting documents - collection & archive & deliver
  • Fiscal Inspection - complete coordination, support, data delivery
  • Answer to Tax Authorities inquiries regarding the B/S
  • Answer to Tax Authorities inquiries regarding the VAT returns
  • Tax certification certificate (CAF)
  • Tax record certificate (CIF secondary)
  • Fiscal residence certificate - all external suppliers
  • CIT delivery data and checks and confirmations & archiving
  • Letter of bank guarantees for alcohol excise - obtain and send to Tax Authorities
  • Prepare, check and submit local tax statements
  • Delegation training administrative employees & request for Rydoo account creation
  • Salary accruals
  • Dividend payments and evidence
  • Payroll payment
  • Shareholders structure
  • Write-off fixed assets - revaluation surplus for reserved
  • Bank statements/ other bank documents/ requests to the bank
