Elsewhere Entertainment is looking foranExpertSystem Designer tojointhe development of a new IP.

As a member of the Design department,you’llwork closely with our gameplay,engineeringand art teams to deliver advanced gameplay systems.

As a member of the project,you’llhelp take the studio and our game from great to even better;with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

You’llhelp us by…

• Writing both Detailed andHigh-Leveldocumentation, defining the foundations of Systems used in the game.

• Designing, documenting and working with other Designers and Engineers to deliver the Systemic backend of the game

• Being responsible for Balancing, designing and delivering the best player experience on the market

• Clearly communicating complex ideas to our diverse development team

• Implementing intermediate systems using object-oriented scripting languages

You’re awesome because you have…

• Provenprofessional game industry experience 

• At least one shippedAAA or AAgame 

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

• Understanding of complex math

• The ability to look at the big picture

• Experience working with various development engines 

• Advanced communication skills
