Job Description

Responsible for managing and overseeing strategic projects and large cross-functional transformation programs across Digital & Technology. The role supports the Digital Strategy team by translating strategic priorities into actionable programs, coordinating across Digital & Technology functions, and guiding the strategy, design, and implementation of major transformation initiatives — including capability uplift, AI-enabled service transformation, operating model implementation, service management maturity, and programs that span multiple Digital & Technology domains.

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee strategic projects and large transformation programs across Digital & Technology, ensuring alignment with the digital strategy, operating model, transformation roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured program plans, including scope, outcomes, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, governance requirements, implementation roadmaps, and benefit measures.
• Support the long-term transformation of the service desk function, including areas such as global service desk maturity, service catalogue development, incident management, request fulfilment, escalation models, knowledge management, automation, reporting, and service quality improvement.
• Monitor delivery progress across strategic programs, ensuring clear visibility of status, and decisions required from leadership.
• Support the implementation, including tracking progress against agreed delivery changes.
• Conduct analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement to support the design and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Maintain program documentation, governance logs, action trackers, milestone plans, and reporting materials.
• Work closely with D&T teams to ensure strategic programs are aligned with investment governance, architecture direction, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and value realization requirements.
• Apply a data-driven, evidence-based approach to program shaping, decision-making, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify strategic risks, dependencies, and cross-functional issues early in the program lifecycle, contributing to mitigation plans.

People Management Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor peers and junior colleagues on program management, ITSM transformation, business case development, and executive communication, raising overall capability across the function.
Strategic Responsibilities:
• Support the design and mobilization of AI and digital transformation programs, improve service responsiveness.
• Support senior leadership decision-making through structured analysis, clear recommendations, program insights, and evidence-based reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
