_x000D_* Manages our technology client relationship including daily communications, weekly status meetings, and monthly KPI/SLA reporting to executives_x000D_
* Owns all client hosting issues and ensures they are satisfactorily resolved_x000D_
* Delivers regular program status updates and performance reporting_x000D_
* Owns all collaboration to ensure internal groups and business partners are delivering successfully_x000D_
* Technology escalation point for our clients_x000D_
* Manages our hosting profit margin and continuously strives to maximize_x000D_
* Manages client delivery expectations_x000D_
* Manages environmental change control for client awareness and acceptance_x000D_
* Manages numerous internal workstreams for our clients (decommissions, right-sizing, security, best practices)_x000D_
* Executes performance monitoring tools and reporting for proactive issue identification and resolution_x000D_
