Job Description

• Is responsible for timely, efficient amd correct production of all samples (customer/internal/validation) and coordinates the sample/after market deliveries between all related internal functions (production, quality, engineering a.s.o.), suppliers and customer. Organizes and maintains the sample stock.
• manages the sample and after market team in the plant
• plans and organizes the prototype parts production in a efficient way in cooperation with the product section
• ensures training on specific work instructions and processes related to prototype production
• follows the P&L for prototype production
• defines and works activ on the process improvements for prototype production in coordination with engineering and the plant
• defines the production concept for"after market" parts in cooperation with Industrialisation and the plant
• ensures close collaboration with material suppliers, customer, Project Management, Quality, PPE, SCM and equipment supplier
• tracking of parts without LEONI FORS partnumber to have the correct quantitiy in the correct time shedule for the correct building phase in the plant

-control and manage the stock of parts without LEONI FORS part number

-interface to the purchasing process for manual ordering material without LEONI part number

-stock management for prototype parts to minimize the scrap

Qualifications

• Level of Education : 3 years of experience in the wiring field
• Field of Study: Technical/Scientific
• Language : French & English
• IT: Microsoft Office
• Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
• Pofessional Skills: Continuous Flow Production, Engineering Optimization, Engineering Principles, Engineering Standards and Procedures, Ergonomics ,Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, Project Change Management, Lessons learned
