Department Summary
The Operations Finance team provides financial planning and reporting services to PG&E, responsible for providing direction and coordination in respect to strategic functional area planning processes, financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
The Enterprise Planning and Performance function, part of the Operations Finance team, leads the orchestration and delivery of PG&E’s multi-year planning process, the Value Delivery of over $1B+ in operational efficiencies through seamless integration of process enhancements and change management, and support of Enterprise Strategic Initiatives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Expert Program Manager to drive complex cross-functional projects to support Enterprise Performance priorities like Value Delivery, planning, governance, and operational improvements. You will oversee project plans, milestones, risks, and resource allocation for effective execution and timely delivery, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to align objectives and track progress.
Your major responsibilities include, but not limited to coordinating stakeholder groups, governance, and decision-making processes; analyzing data and financial models to inform decisions and monitor benefits; and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools for risk management and improvement.
The role is hybrid working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office once a week. However, this can scale up based on business needs or company requirements.

PG&E provides the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
