Job Description

ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027

ANTICIPATED START: March 18, 2027

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR). Primary sites include JBAB, Washington, DC; Quantico and Reston, VA; and Rivanna Station, Charlottesville, VA.

Salary Range: $150,000–$250,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Government’s main point of contact for the overall task order and provide leadership and guidance to all assigned contractor personnel.
  • Take overall responsibility for task order quality and efficiency, including technical issues and business processes.
  • Exercise organizational authority to execute task order requirements and assign tasks to contractor personnel.
  • Work with Team Leads to provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts.
  • Manage overall task order performance to optimize the use of assigned resources and subcontractors.
  • Commit the contractor’s organization and make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems.
  • Remain readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, and proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

Required Education/Experience

  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.

The Government may, at its sole discretion, accept relevant experience performing substantially similar duties in lieu of the minimum educational degree requirement.
