Job Description

Aufgaben

  • Operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Accessories-Sortiments
  • Produktmanagement, einschließlich Definition von Produktanforderungen, Portfolioentwicklung sowie Koordination von Produkteinführungen
  • Steuerung und Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen
  • Analyse und Monitoring der Verkaufsperformance in verschiedenen Ländern und Vertriebskanälen
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Verkaufsperformance
  • Abstimmung und Koordination des Zubehörsortiments mit Lieferanten sowie internen Schnittstellen wie Marketing, Qualitätssicherung und den Landesgesellschaften

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Produktmarketing / Produktmanagement oder Category Management sowie im Controlling
  • Erfahrung im Retail-Bereich oder in der Elektroindustrie, idealerweise mit internationalem Bezug
  • Eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
