What is "Expert Internal Roaming Segments"?
The Expert – Roaming & Postpaid Segment is responsible for driving subscriber growth, revenue enhancement, customer engagement, and channel enablement across the Roaming and Postpaid portfolios. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end to achieve business objectives.
What does a Expert International Roaming Segments do?
Roaming Segment
- Develop and execute roaming growth strategies to drive subscriber base expansion, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of roaming marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor roaming performance and identify opportunities to optimize customer acquisition, usage, and retention.
- Develop business cases and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch and manage roaming products and partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end execution of key roaming initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of commercial targets.
- Work closely with Marketing Communications teams to develop effective communication plans and customer-facing campaigns.
- Track and report performance against agreed KPIs and recommend corrective actions where required.
Postpaid Segment
- Drive sustainable growth of the Postpaid business through strategic initiatives focused on subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Enable sales channels to build momentum and deliver gross add and base growth targets.
- Develop and execute growth plans across traditional and digital channels.
- Lead high-impact initiatives aimed at growing the 90-day active subscriber base.
- Design and implement analytical frameworks to identify growth opportunities, improve channel performance, and support decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Digital, Commercial, Product, and Customer Experience teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor channel performance and recommend interventions to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Manage key stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Customer Growth, or related fields.
- Experience in Roaming, Postpaid, Customer Lifecycle Management, or Commercial Operations will be preferred.
