Job Description

Advance your internal career within the world’s most equitable and specialized talent company by driving our global automated talent engagement analytics. This internal mobility opportunity lets you design enterprise KPI frameworks and dashboard architectures using BigQuery, SQL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Talent Journey Analyst

Key Facts

  • Global Team - Dedicated to ATE CoE (Functionally embedded in the Analytics CoE)
  • Experience Profile - Master’s degree (Business/Finance/Analytics) + approx. 8-10 years in analytical roles
  • Compensation Structure - Aligned with Randstad’s global pay-for-performance and grading framework
  • Reporting Line - Senior Marketing Director of Automated Talent Engagement (Functional reporting)

How will you contribute to Randstad’s global strategy in this role?

As our new global Talent Journey Analyst, you will hold the keys to our data-driven and performance-based strategy. You are responsible for the global KPI framework, tracking, and deep-dive analysis of talent journeys and campaigns, translating raw data into clear, actionable ROI metrics.

Leveraging your existing knowledge of the Randstad reality, you will bridge the gap between complex data and business strategy. You will collaborate directly with our reporting specialists in the Global Capability Center (Budapest) and the wider CoE team to optimize sourcing ROI, validate cross-market experiments, and increase global talent satisfaction.

What are the key responsibilities and internal deliverables?

  • KPI Framework & Governance: Establish and maintain a unified, standardized KPI framework to track end-to-end journey health and messaging efficacy across all markets.

  • Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and manage global ATE dashboards using BigQuery and CDP data systems to provide real-time performance transparency for the CoE Head and Steering Committee (SteerCo).

  • Funnel Analysis & Testing: Conduct granular funnel deep-dives to pinpoint underperforming lifecycle touchpoints and lead the strategic A/B testing roadmap to optimize conversion rates.

  • Market Industrialization: Analyze performance variances across global regions to identify hyper-successful local tactics that can be scaled and industrialized globally.

What capabilities and experience are we looking for from our internal talent?

  • Analytical Background: A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics, combined with approximately 8-10 years of experience in high-impact analytical environments.

  • Technical Acumen: Mastery of SQL and BigQuery, alongside a foundational understanding of data structures within marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.

  • Data Storytelling: A proven ability to look past the nitty-gritty numbers, see the wider commercial picture, and explain complex data insights clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Global Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills to partner across teams and design balanced, standardized metrics that respect diverse local market realities.

How does this role support your internal growth and alignment with our values?

As an equitable talent company, Randstad is committed to the continuous growth, recognition, and internal mobility of our people:

  • Growth Environment: This role positions you at the intersection of enterprise data infrastructure and strategic marketing, offering clear career guidance, internal tracking, and global skill-building.

  • Living Our Culture: You will champion our four core leadership pillars: We Set Direction, We Achieve, We Care, and Lead by Example, using data transparency to build an environment of belonging, safety, and confidence.
