Job Description

  • Act as process consultant to analyze, design and implement divisional business requirements
  • Participate in cross-module support and projects globally
  • Assist in defining and streamlining business processes
  • Work with key users and department heads on requirements gathering
  • Perform SIGIP-ERP configuration changes as part of the change management process
  • Document ERP business processes and configuration changes
  • Perform functional testing and support user approval testing
  • Define and document training material and carry out user training
  • Maintain documentation associated with SIGIP ERP processes
  • Prepare status reports and briefings for management
  • Provide quality first, third level SIGIP support for IT service ticket resolution

Qualifications

  • SIGIP analyst experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant ERP configuration experience.
  • Experience in leading small-size and mid-size projects .
  • Comprehensive analytical and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very good English language skills, German language desired but not required
  • VCM experience desired.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
