What You Will Do:
Process SEPA and SWIFT payments and handle Instant Payments exceptions
Monitor payment queues and ensure timely execution of transactions
Perform daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts and resolve discrepancies
Carry out bookings and adjustments in core banking systems
Register, track, and support the resolution of operational incidents
Collaborate closely with Cash Management Product teams and Front Office colleagues
Work with IT developers to implement new functionalities and support incident resolution
Participate in projects related to payment processes and system improvements
What We Expect:
At least 3 years experience in payment area
Excellent understanding of MT and MX formats, SEPA and SWIFT standards
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask, attention to details and accuracy
A collaborative mindset will help you succeed in this position
Fluent Lithuanian and English is required in spoken and written communication
