To strengthen our IT Operation Processes and Automation team, we are looking for an Expert ICT Change Management Process Operator (f/m/d) in part- or full-time to ensure the operational execution of a stable and compliant ICT Change Management Process.
In this role, you act as the central subject matter expert for ICT Change Management in a highly regulated environment. You ensure that ICT changes are implemented in a controlled, traceable and compliant manner, in line with governance, ICT risk and DORA requirements.

Your tasks:

  • Operational control and monitoring of the ICT Change Management process, including CAB processes, as well as continuous review, assessment and coordination of ICT changes
  • Continuous enhancement of the ICT Change Management process to ensure a DORA compliant change framework
  • Review, assessment and coordination of normal, urgent, standard and emergency changes with regard to completeness, quality, consistency and compliance
  • Preparation, facilitation and follow up of CAB and PIR meetings
  • Maintenance and coordination of group wide change plans, maintenance windows and change calendars
  • Close collaboration with IT Operations, IT Products, business units as well as Risk, Compliance and ICS functions
  • Active support of internal and external audits by providing structured documentation and robust evidence
  • Creation, analysis and continuous improvement of KPIs, reports and management transparency, e.g. using Jira and Power BI
  • Further development of tooling, automation and process support within the IT Service Management context
    (e.g. Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow)

Your skills:

  • University degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Management or a comparable qualification
  • Strong understanding of change, governance and control models in a regulated IT environment; experience with DORA is an advantage
  • Proven experience in operational process ownership beyond pure coordination
  • Routine collaboration with audit, compliance, risk or control functions
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic, operationally viable processes
  • Strong communication skills, team mindset and confident appearance at expert level
  • Very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in automating and analysing ITSM processes and data, e.g. using scripting languages, low /no code approaches or query languages such as JQL or AQL
