Title: GIT Full Stack Developer (Digital Asset Management)

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

  • Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape while supporting our eCommerce, retailer and professional businesses. As a team we support the Digital Content applications technical stacks.

  • A PXM (Product Experience Management) & DAM (Digital Asset Management) role revolves around uniting content and technology. Responsibilities focus on managing digital assets, governing brand compliance, structuring product data, and optimizing omnichannel syndication

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and develop capability to support existing Digital Content applications such as Bynder and Stibo

  • Lead the implementation of DAM and PIM systems, ensuring smooth integration with current workflows, including implementation of taxonomy and metadata standards to improve searchability and usability of assets.

  • Lead complex configurations and customizations within Bynder DAM, including advanced metadata, permission structures, and automated workflows.

  • Hands-on experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules.Good understanding of Product and Customer MDM.End-to-End implementation experience with Stibo PIM and strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows, and STEP configurations.

  • Develop scalable workflows and asset organization strategies that improve asset accessibility and efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, and data integration patterns.

  • One or more of: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, Python, Groovy, SQL.

  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and master data management.

  • Product catalog management

  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality

  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business

  • Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT or equivalent

  • 3+ years managing enterprise digital asset management (DAM) or content management (PIM/PXM) systems.

  • Solid foundation in a variety of programming languages and standards, such as: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML

  • Experience developing front end web applications using JavaScript Frameworks like React or Angular

  • Experience with backend/API development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills : Written, verbal and Business presentations skills

  • Certification in Full Stack development

  • Interest in DevOps principles

  • Experience with capabilities of major Cloud Service providers (Google, AWS, Azure)
