Your Mission

As Expert 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) Operations, you are the operational backbone of our 3DCP deployment across commercial projects. You take ownership of translating advanced printing technology into reliable, scalable construction execution. Acting as the bridge between engineering, digital design and on-site operations, you ensure that our 3DCP systems perform under real-world conditions — safely, efficiently and at the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on operational excellence and wants to industrialize next-generation construction methods.

Your Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and execute 3DCP operations at commercial job sites across Europe
  • Take full responsibility for on-site system deployment and commissioning
  • Ensure stable, repeatable and high-quality printing processes

Process & Quality Excellence

  • Develop, standardize and continuously improve SOPs, safety protocols and quality control workflows
  • Conduct site readiness assessments, risk evaluations and compliance checks
  • Drive structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Interface

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and digital design teams to optimize system performance
  • Provide structured field feedback to improve hardware, software and process integration
  • Ensure print file readiness (e.g. Rhino workflows) and smooth execution on-site

Training & Partner Enablement

  • Train and coordinate client teams and project partners
  • Transfer operational know-how and establish sustainable site capabilities
  • Act as technical ambassador towards customers and stakeholders

Logistics & Deployment

  • Oversee equipment transport, material logistics and on-site setup
  • Manage inventory and operational readiness across projects
  • Support scaling of 3DCP into on-site, off-site and near-site environments

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Technology or Additive Manufacturing
  • 5+ years of proven operational experience in 3D concrete printing, robotic systems, industrial automation or comparable high-tech construction environments
  • Strong understanding of construction site processes, safety standards and quality management
  • Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen
  • Experience with digital design interfaces (e.g. Rhino) and process monitoring tools
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with high ownership mentality
  • Leadership presence and ability to guide multidisciplinary field teams
  • Fluent English and German; Dutch is a plus
  • High willingness to travel internationally (especially within the DACH region) and work on-site for defined project phases
