Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten des Center of Competence (technische Leistungsbeschreibung, Kostenschätzung und Zeitplan)
  • Beratung von Kunden im militärischen und zivilen Umfeld, sowohl national als auch international
  • Koordinierung und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von abteilungsinternen Prozessen (Ressourcenmanagement) sowie Überwachung von Lieferzeitplänen
  • Übernahme und Bearbeitung von Teilarbeitspaketen der produktbezogenen Cyber Resilience und Security by Design in Hensoldt-Projekten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Bewertung, Beratung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Cyber Security-Lösungen und Architekturen in Produkten und Solutions
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der konzeptionellen Informationssicherheit innerhalb des Center of Competence
  • Aktive Begleitung in allen Phasen der Leistungserbringung des Center of Competence

Die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in geringem Umfang wird vorausgesetzt.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes, einschlägiges Studium oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit möglichst einschlägiger Erfahrung in technischen Projekten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z.B. MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Project) erforderlich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektwerkzeugen (JIRA, SAP, IMS) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte Fähigkeiten, Informationen aktiv auszutauschen und sich nachhaltig
    abzustimmen
  • Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation, Prioritäten zu setzen und parallel in mehreren Projekten zu arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
