Who is Expert, Consumer Insights (CI)?

Consumer Insights team at Jazz ensures availability of data, analysis and insights for all the stakeholders to include consumer and competitive perspective in all their decisions. As part of the team, Expert CI is curious, a good listener, willing to challenge assumptions and strives to go ‘beyond the obvious’ to build data driven narratives.

The role reports directly to the Head of Consumer Insights with an extended team of 2 team members.

What does Expert, CI do?

  • Expert CI would act as a main PoC for all stakeholder within assigned vertical
  • Key responsibility would include owing and understanding business problems and translating them into appropriate research projects
  • He/she is expected to have in-depth understanding of research methodologies e.g. both qualitative and quantitative research, with a focus on quantitative tools including advanced analytical techniques.
  • He/she would also be expected to interact with external partners, vendors i.e. research agencies and engage as required for research related projects.
  • Continuously hunt for more efficient, robust and technology driven ways of collecting, analyzing and reporting data and insights.

Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA or degree in Economics, Sociology, Business Analytics or any relevant discipline
  • Comfortable with numbers, quantitative data and Expert level MS Excel & PowerPoint knowledge derived from at least 3 years of hands-on experience
  • Problem Solver, Learning Aptitude, Team Player
  • Reasonable interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Must be creative, flexible and self-driven
  • Committed to continuous learning and personal evaluator
  • Individual from research agency background
