Job Description

As an Expert with Business Support Service Line at DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center (GSC), you will be responsible for driving and delivering End User CargoWise Trainings or Content Based CargoWise Trainings for Air and Ocean products. You will be responsible for supporting our Regional/Global Training in terms of addressing to all training, administrative tasks within the timelines and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, and DHL group guidelines.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

• Understand customer and key stakeholder’s interests and concerns. Advise station operators, external customers, and other key stakeholders on TMS (Transport Management System)
• Act as a key contact with customers who have technical and administrative issues or clarifications with regards to TMS
• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust standards, systems, and processes in terms of training delivery and administration support
• Convince other subject matter experts in training to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
• Document solutions and decisions for Stakeholders to confirm.
• Chase owners or actions, escalates when required, ability to push-back in a documented way
• Manages changes in matrix organization
• Report issues to Senior Stakeholders
• Document informed decisions on Designs and Solutions, for Internal or external stakeholders
• Collaborate / communicate with ITS, L&D, Operations and Hiring Teams
• May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL Managers

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Air or Ocean products
• Possess CargoWise Certified Operator, CargoWise Certified Professional and CargoWise Certified Specialist certifications for Air and Ocean products
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, learning methodologies and small group dynamics
• Proficiency with various training management systems i.e My Talent World for DHL
• Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
• Knowledge on visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to consistently manage demanding internal and external senior stakeholder
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience with large, complex training delivery is desired
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (24*7)
