Our Government Funded Program Management Office (GF PMO) exists to ensure successful government award administration. Government awards include funding mechanisms like loans, grants, and tax incentives at the federal and state level. As part of the GF PMO, you will collaborate with professionals from finance, major projects, sourcing, environmental, legal, and policy to manage government funded programs that enable California’s prosperity and reduce customer rates. Our team is made up of talented and passionate individuals, including program managers, strategic analysts, compliance reporting specialists, and subject matter experts. We are seeking an exceptional Business Process Analyst, Expert to join our expanding Government Funded Program Management Office (GF PMO) team. The successful candidate is a dynamic individual supporting functions across the PMO and ensuring everything runs smoothly. They will be responsible for defining, improving, and executing business processes supporting Department of Energy loan and other federal funding compliance, ensuring operating reviews have accurate data, and documenting and tracking successful completion of action items. They will be a self-starter, with a penchant for process documentation, an eye for detail, and a track-record of delivering quality products on time. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A Reasonable Salary Range:
Bay Area – $114,000-$162,800
