This role sits at the center of a global transformation journey to modernize and unify business intelligence across a large-scale enterprise data ecosystem. You will define and drive a cohesive BI strategy that enables standardized, automated, and AI-powered analytics across regions and business functions. The position involves close collaboration with data engineering, governance, architecture, and business teams to eliminate silos and build trusted, reusable data products. You will also play a key role in advancing next-generation BI capabilities, including conversational analytics and GenAI-powered insights. Beyond technology, you will lead change management initiatives, promote data literacy, and foster a global community of practice. This is a high-impact strategic leadership role shaping how data is accessed, interpreted, and used across the organization.

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute a global BI strategy aligned with enterprise data and analytics goals, ensuring consistency, scalability, and business value across all regions.
• Lead audits of the existing BI landscape to identify redundancies and drive rationalization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with data governance, architecture, and engineering teams to enable unified data products, ensuring high-quality, trusted, and reusable datasets.
• Drive adoption of enterprise BI platforms and modern reporting tools, transitioning teams from fragmented reporting to scalable, automated solutions.
• Champion AI-enabled BI capabilities, including GenAI, NLP, and conversational analytics, to enhance self-service insights for business users.
• Lead cross-functional change management initiatives, ensuring strong adoption of BI tools, processes, and data literacy practices across the organization.
• Establish and grow a global BI community of practice to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice standardization.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including at least 4 years in strategic leadership or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience with enterprise BI platforms such as DOMO or Sigma and cloud data ecosystems like Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale BI transformations, migrations, or decommissioning programs with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks including data catalogs, lineage, and semantic layers.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities such as GenAI, LLMs, or predictive analytics into BI or reporting workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technical leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term improvements and long-term architectural vision.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in CPG, FMCG, or retail environments is a plus.
