About the role

The Expert Marketing function aims to increase both the number of touchpoints (multichannel reach) and frequency of engagement with meaningful Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across Haleon product categories, leveraging a progressively omnichannel approach.

The Expert Activation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness of this ecosystem, ensuring the design and brilliant execution of impactful Expert activation plans across channels.

This role is responsible for defining and implementing local omnichannel strategies, maximizing HCP engagement and business impact.

A key focus is on performance monitoring and continuous optimization, leveraging data, insights, and advanced analytics to refine activation strategies and improve ROI.

The role collaborates closely with Categories and Media, Medical, Regulatory functions to ensure consistency, execution excellence, and the evolution toward a fully data-driven operating model.

Role Responsibilities

• Leverage a multi‑ and omnichannel approach for maximum impact, building new business opportunities by defining and executing strategic initiatives across emerging and existing channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Spotify, YouTube, 1st‑ and 3rd‑party database email), tracking performance KPIs and leveraging Global and European best‑practice learnings.
• Define and implement the Italian Expert multichannel strategy, with the Haleon Health Partner (HHP) digital platform at its core, ensuring clear media reach, conversion and engagement plans, as well as robust tracking and optimization of HHP performance KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Expert Marketing Manager to ensure effective omnichannel implementation and activation of category‑level content, maximizing consistency, impact and execution excellence across touchpoints.
• Partner with the Medical function to execute the external Key Expert Engagement (KEE) strategy, influencing key professional organizations and opinion leaders to strengthen Haleon’s corporate reputation among external stakeholders. Manage end‑to‑end KEE engagement (from business opportunity definition to contracting, execution and follow‑up) based on business needs, to drive condition awareness and brand relevance.
• Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports on omnichannel activities, in close collaboration with the Expert Multichannel Manager.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights to inform and strengthen digital strategy development, with particular focus on NCOs.
• Support the evaluation of campaign and Expert initiative effectiveness, partnering with IPSOS, or sellout data providers as NewLine, Circana, and internal CBIA and SFE teams to build multi‑level, actionable reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with CBIA and Global Expert teams to ensure correct execution and adoption of MMM/Prometheus and MORE as the “one source of truth”, embedding these tools into daily decision‑making for Expert activity performance assessment.
• Synthesize, present and share insights from analytics and research internally, enabling cross‑functional understanding and fostering the evolution toward an increasingly data‑driven omnichannel operating model.

• High level of confidence in reporting and analytics tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Proven experience in building and managing performance dashboards.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights to continuously optimize strategies.

EUR 41,664.00 - EUR 57,288.00 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
