
LMI is currently seeking an Experimentation Integration Support Lead to spearhead the planning, development, execution and coordination of an experimentation integration function at USTRANSCOM, located at Scott AFB, IL. This is an onsite position and cannot be worked remotely.

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the integration of experimentation activities across the organization, ensuring they are aligned with the overarching strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include designing and advancing clearly defined, command-prioritized experimentation objectives that support the Campaign of Experimentation (CoE) and align with the Command Campaign Plan, as well as relevant Joint Staff experimentation activities. Additionally, this position provides strategic guidance to maximize the use of limited experimentation resources, ensuring efforts are focused on addressing critical operational gaps and priority challenges.
Target salary range: $95,000 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
