  • Direct and inspire the Creative Producer team, fostering a culture of boundary-pushing innovation, artistic excellence, and continuous professional growth through design-focused coaching and critique.
  • Develop and present compelling creative visions, design renderings, and high-level conceptual tools to executive leadership and premier clients, acting as the primary advocate for the artistic integrity of the work.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Directors and Fabricators to ensure high-level artistic designs are structurally translatable, passing off finalized design parameters to the production and build teams.
  • Monitor and pioneer emerging global design trends, fabrication methodologies, and experiential technologies to keep the company's offerings at the forefront of the industry.
  • Maintain strict oversight of design execution throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring that the original high-concept vision and artistic standards are preserved from initial sketch to physical installation.
