Job Description

Shift Hours: 7:00am - 4:00 pm

Pick, pack and prepare all client finished goods order for shipment at the direction of Finished Good Supervisor. Follow correct procedures to assure orders are picked, checked, packed, tracked, and shipped on time while maintaining accurate client inventory.

  • Picking and packing of finished goods orders.
  • Quality checking of picked materials against supplied pick list.
  • Proper packaging of items, including making customized boxes, crates, and other shipping containers, selecting the proper cushioning material.
  • Proper labeling of outbound orders.
  • Enter orders into manifesting system for shipment.
  • Follow correct processes and procedures to maintain accurate client inventory.
  • Replenish pick lines and put away newly received product.
  • Assist with cycle counts and location audits as required.
  • Notify inventory control of any damaged product found within the facility.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by keep shelves, warehouse aisles, and workstations neat; maintain clean packaging and shipping supply area and comply with all procedures and rules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2- 3 Years previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift Certified

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • 3 + Years previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work
  • Frequent walking and standing
  • Travel: N/A
  • Chemicals: N/A
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
