Experienced Veterinary Nurse (Part Time) - Greencross Vets Upper Coomera

If you’re looking for a part-time role where you’re genuinely part of a small, supportive team and your contribution is noticed, Greencross Vets Upper Coomera is looking for an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join the clinic.

About the clinic

Upper Coomera is a close-knit, community-focused practice with a strong reputation for compassionate, consistent care. The team is made up of two veterinarians and three nurses who work closely together in a calm, respectful environment.

About the role

This is a hands-on nursing role with a varied caseload. You’ll be involved across all aspects of the clinic, including:

  • Assisting veterinarians during consultations and procedures
  • Preparing for surgery and supporting theatre workflow
  • Monitoring anaesthetics and patient recovery
  • Dental procedures and radiography
  • Administering medications and providing inpatient care
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic

You’ll have the opportunity to use your skills across both medical and surgical nursing in a well-supported setting.

About you

You will bring:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Confidence in general nursing duties, including anaesthetics and patient care
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • A reliable, team-focused approach
  • The ability to work well within a small team environment
