Job Description

🎉 If you’re looking for a clinic where people genuinely enjoy coming to work, support each other, and have a bit of fun along the way, Greencross Vets Caulfield South could be the right fit.🎉

This is a great opportunity to be part of a clinic where team culture is genuinely at the centre of everything we do Our team at Greencross Caulfield South pride ourselves on creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.

About our clinic

Team culture is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely, communicate openly, and make a conscious effort to support each other both in and outside of work.

Whether it’s rallying together on a complex case or helping a colleague through a tough time, there’s a strong sense of trust and teamwork across the clinic. In a recent FIP case, the team came together to support a new graduate vet—collaborating on treatment plans and ensuring a high standard of patient care throughout.

We also like to keep things light where we can. The team enjoys having fun on shift, sharing a laugh, and celebrating the small wins.

We love connecting with our clients beyond the consult room too—whether it’s sharing patient updates, cute moments, or educational content on social media, we take pride in building a community that feels engaged and involved.

Our nurses are an integral part of the clinic, heavily involved in patient care, client communication, and building lasting relationships.

When asked what they enjoy most about working here, the answer is consistently the same: the culture.
