
Town & Country Animal Hospital, a small AAHA-accredited, two-doctor general practice located near SE Division and 122nd, is seeking a full-time, experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting veterinarians and technicians, ensuring patient and client safety, and maintaining continuity of care. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, as well as lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 15 pounds regularly. Exposure to moderate noise, cleaning chemicals, pet dander, and animal waste should be expected.

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience and certification. Surgery experience required
Schedule: 34–40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Most assistants and technicians work four 9–10 hour shifts per week.
