As a seniormemberofthe UserExperienceteam,youwilllead andownthe designofuserexperiencesacrossmultipleproductsorcomplextouchpointsYouwillcollaboratewithvarietyofstakeholdersincluding productmanagement,solution architects,engineering, marketing, and business leadershipto define the best possible experience for our users.
Youwillberesponsibleforend-to-end designexecution,contributionto UXstrategy,ensureconsistencyandqualityof user experience across ESETBusiness ecosystemby aligning with design patterns and usability best practices throughoutthe designprocess,includingresearch, design,validation, anditerationofdesignsolutions
Fromantivirusapplications for families toExtendedDetection & Response platforms forsecurity-forensics-experts, we provide a broad portfolio of interesting solutions to vastlydifferent groupsof customers. Our products are highly interconnected, run on all modern platforms such as Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and the web and in many cases on more than one of those. ESET also provides many services to customers and partners which in turn are connected to our products.This makes ESET an unusually interesting challenge for newandalsoexperienced designers.
Based on your skills, interests, and projects, you will:
Lead the design of complex userjourneys andflowstoensure thebestend-to-end experiences across multipletouchpoints for our users
Drivecollaborativedesigniterationswithcross-functionalstakeholders,influencingdecisionsandalignment
Planandconductdesignvalidationthroughusabilitytesting, data, andanalytics,translatinginsightsintoactionableimprovements
Activelycontributeto andhelpshapebroaderUXinitiatives,processes, andbestpracticeswithinthe team
For this role we are looking for
At least5 - 6yearsof experience with UX-related work
Experience working on complexdigital products
Relevant education (UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communications,Architecture, Product Design orsimilar)
A proactive“can-do”attitudeis must :)
Analyticalandproblem-solvingskills
Ability to understand technical topicsquickly
Excellent communication, cooperation, and presentation skillsto widerange of audiences
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Bonus points for
Experience with B2B products
Experience with Service Design
Experience with usability testing and analytics

This position is a maternity leave cover.
Basic wage component (brutto): from 3700 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 15% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
