Joshua Tree Experts is serving several communities across Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and Prosper. We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our crew, working with top-tier equipment in high-end neighborhoods where homeowners truly value professional tree care.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute professional climbing for tree pruning, removals, and preservation.
• Work collaboratively within 2–4 person crews and delegate tasks to ground support.
• Operate aerial lift equipment and maintain assigned tools and climbing gear.
• Engage professionally with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify potential property needs and communicate upselling opportunities to the crew leader.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and jobsite standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience.
• Education & License: High school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform demanding aerial work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Skills: Strong communication, a team-first mindset, and an uncompromised commitment to safety.
