Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to serve as an Order Manager focused on ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking of parts. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple KC46 transactional contracts and release demand orders across various external purchasing systems using GOLDESP. This role involves vigilant monitoring of orders to support on-time fulfillment for our USAF customer.

Key responsibilities include continuous analysis of supplier and customer data to proactively identify and resolve supply chain discrepancies, obsolescence, delays, and constraints. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong independent work skills and the ability to communicate effectively across functions to align stakeholders around the shared goal of on-time delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Redistribution of materials in accordance with contract requirements, Statement of Work (SOW), and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)

  • Manage multiple supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with program-specific deadlines, deliverables, and Boeing’s quality standards.

  • Analyze supply chain data to proactively identify risks, forecast potential delays, and implement mitigation plans to maintain on-time delivery for the KC-46 program.

  • Investigate and resolve supply chain discrepancies and issues to sustain operational efficiency and minimize production disruptions.

  • Develop and execute alternative supply chain strategies to address obsolescence and component availability challenges unique to the KC-46 platform.

  • Maintain and update order management systems (Order Manager trackers, GOLD) with accurate status information, including buyer status, PR to PO progress, part rolls, and constraint tracking.

  • Monitor and track orders from supplier shipment through Boeing’s dock to final delivery to the customer, ensuring cradle-to-grave visibility and accountability.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain

  • 1+ years of experience working with Government programs

  • 3+ years of experience working with forecasting, Supply Chain Software Systems, Supply Chain modeling & Simulation tools, and ERP Systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with government contracts or prime sub-contracts

  • Experience with USAF acquisition and execution of USAF contracts

  • Experience with the KC-46 Pegasus or other large, fixed wing aircraft
