Are you an experienced professional who likes to make an impact whilst building a career in Strategy Consulting? Are you ready to participate in critical assignments, which lead and transform the agenda of the Chief Executives of an organization? 

As we continuously grow our practice, we are looking for an Experienced Strategy Consultant with a focus on Energy Markets (Senior Associate, Manager level) to join our Strategy team in Athens. The team can offer you a career with diverse and challenging assignments. Our team works with a wide variety of clients on their most pressing strategic issues, helping them define new opportunities for growth and transform to materialize their potential in a continuously changing environment. The team consists of problem solvers who are motivated by new challenges, thrive in complexity, love to learn and reimagine what is possible. 

We work closely with the leading organizations in the region, covering a wide range of industries such as energy, utilities, telecommunications and technology, consumer goods, shipping, industrial products and services among others. We deliver a mix of strategy consulting projects, including but not limited to, business and organization strategy, commercial due diligence, value creation and post-merger integration plans, as well as design and implementation support for large transformation programs.

As a member of the Strategy team, you will have:

• Exposure to some of the most challenging issues today, the ones keeping the top management teams up at night

What you bring matters

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical), Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline
• Proven experience of two (2) to six (6) years on energy market issues and / or energy consulting will be highly considered
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical thinking
• Personal drive and motivation to make an impact
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization, along with capability to drive an independent piece of work in the context of a wider team
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Curiosity, creativity, eagerness to learn and passion for new challenges
• Confidence, positive attitude and commitment in providing excellent quality work
• Military obligations fulfilled
