Job Description:

6 Years PQE Solicitor

We are a well established and vibrant Law firm looking to
expand our team. We are looking to hire an experienced Solicitor with a
minimum 6 Years PQE. We will consider all areas of law but we are not
looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor at this stage. This is a
permanent role which is an office based role from our Blackburn Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files across various practice areas, excluding Personal Injury.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Handle a variety of cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using a variety of systems, including the MOJ and Proclaim system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the firm's objectives and maintain high standards of service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Solicitor.
• Proficiency in multiple areas of law; experience in Islamic real estate finance is desirable.
• Familiarity with the MOJ and Proclaim system.
• Ability to potentially open and develop a department in currently non-practiced areas.
• Strong potential and willingness to grow with the firm.
• Ability to be part of a close-knit and diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide a high level of client care
