
We're seeking a passionate and skilled SoC system Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering the next generation of Apple silicon. In this highly visible position, you'll be at the intersection of hardware and software, collaborating closely with logic designers and architects to deeply understand system-level operations and performance requirements for hardware validation.
In this role, you will develop validation plan for complex SoC IPs, implement C and Python tests to validate the hardware functionality in pre and post silicon, you will be responsible for SoC IPs silicon bring-up and performance compliance. Ultimately, you'll lead hands-on post silicon validation cycle and drive the debugs till root cause, with your work directly enabling the successful launch of future Apple products by ensuring our silicon meets the highest standards.
Familiarity with CPU architectures (e.g., ARM) and low-level system programming
Experience in embedded firmware development within Real-Time (RT) or Embedded environments
Direct experience with System-on-Chip (SoC) development or validation
5+ years experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation methodologies
Direct experience with System-on-Chip (SoC) development, validation or architecture
Hands-on expertise with Hardware-Software integrations, particularly for silicon validation and bring-up
Exceptional debugging skills at the firmware and hardware level
C and Python programming skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
