Experienced Service Technician

Subaru of Walnut Creek is growing, and we are looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you are a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and wants to grow with a respected dealership, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Communicate findings clearly with advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs. Previous automotive technician experience required
• Subaru experience preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• ASE certifications are a plus

This is a flat rate position eligible also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $50.00.
