Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Katy, TX - Clay Rd location and S Mason Rd location both hiring!

$65,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + $5,000 - $25,000 Bonus Potential

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Review vehicle inspections and present repair recommendations

• Sell estimates professionally and ethically

• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians

• Assist with parts management and repair planning

• Perform vehicle quality control checks

• Help maintain efficient shop operations

• Support opening and closing procedures

• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Service Advisor experience highly preferred

• Independent automotive repair shop experience required

• Proven sales success and strong ARO performance

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• History of working effectively with technicians

• Professional and organized approach to workflow management

• Comfortable using cloud-based software platforms

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Tekmetric

• Experience working within team-based bonus structures

• Leadership aspirations and desire for career growth
