The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.

We are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to elevate their career.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interaction
  • Accurately document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
  • Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently
  • Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (automotive dealership experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short/long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
