Qualifications:
Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

The California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
