The opportunity

When you join as Experienced/ Senior AI Consultant, you’ll do more than just advise businesses, you’ll collaborate with key decision-makers to help them make better choices. Our team is dedicated to leverage business expertise and cutting-edge technology to solve complex challenges facing our clients. We are currently expanding our capabilities in AI (incl. Generative AI) technologies and are looking for experienced AI specialist to join our dynamic team, which works with both public sector institutions and major private companies in the Baltics and beyond.

Your key responsibilities

• Use your knowledge in AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics technologies and solutions to advise our clients how to best solve their business challenges.
• Support the AI team in the design and development of machine learning models and AI applications.
• Shaping recommendations and roadmaps for the full-scale rollouts of AI solutions.
• Understanding the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure EY remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Provide expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI disciplines.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with coursework or projects in AI or machine learning.
• Familiarity with AI principles, frameworks, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for AI, as evidenced by personal projects, internships, or academic research.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
• Programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages would be considered as an advantage.

SalaryEUR 3100 - 3800 gross.
