Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
We are seeking a Security Specialist who brings professionalism, accountability, and strong customer service skills to a corporate security environment. This is not a traditional guard post — this role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently engage with high-profile clients and employees.
The Security Specialist serves as the front line of security intelligence and customer experience. You will monitor and analyze access control systems, manage alarm activity, review camera footage, and ensure all occupants are properly accounted for. This position requires a polished presence and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
Monitor access control systems in real time.
Investigate incidents using internal tools, programs, and digital logs.
Review surveillance footage and manage alarm responses.
Write detailed, accurate incident reports and escalate issues as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold all company and client policies.
Check in employees, guests, and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service.
AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in security or corporate customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, confident, and concise.
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working with technology, including security platforms and internal databases.
Professional, polished demeanor with a strong sense of accountability.
Active NYS Security Guard License
