This position serves as the clinic’s Vaccine Coordinator and lead for the Immunization Station, responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of vaccines in a high‑volume pediatric clinic. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to immunization schedules, and vaccine safety.
The RN collaborates with providers, clinical, and administrative staff to ensure timely immunizations, accurate documentation in the electronic health record and state immunization registry, staff training and competency validation, and effective vaccine inventory management, including ordering, storage, rotation, and waste reduction.
Shift: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8a-5p

RN I represents the nurse who is a novice or an advanced beginner advancing to competent. While advancing from novice to competent, the nurse relies on rules rather than principles which are independent of specific situations. The advanced beginner may have enough real experience to begin to formulate principles.
Essential Responsibilities
*Minimum Qualifications (RN I):
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in patient care as a Registered Nurse.
License/Certification/Registration:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in patient care as a Registered Nurse required.
