Experienced Residential Plumber

We are seeking an Experienced Residential Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes

• Perform routine maintenance and service calls

• Communicate solutions and pricing with customers

• Complete paperwork, debrief and invoice in ServiceTitan

• Collect payments.

• Attend weekly training meetings with team

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.

• Ability to diagnose issues and present clear repair/replacement options to homeowners.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods of time

• Pushing and pulling

• Lifting 50+ lbs.

• Using hand/power tools and protective equipment

• Working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions

• Exposure to confined spaces such as a crawl space for extended periods of time and job site hazards

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$140,000 annual earning potential
