Description

We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award-winning team.

At Convey Law, you'll manage your own caseload and deliver excellent client service with the support of dedicated assistants, specialist teams and experienced leaders, giving you the tools and backing to focus on delivering outstanding service. You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, guiding clients from instruction through to completion with confidence and care.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Keeping transactions moving smoothly and efficiently.
• Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and regular updates.
• Working closely with estate agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors to achieve the best outcomes.
• Proactively manage your pipeline and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lender instructions and internal procedures.
• Contribute to team performance, service excellence and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Embrace new technology and help drive continuous improvement.

The Individual

To be considered for this role, Your CV should demonstrate:

• Demonstrable experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• A good understanding of property law, regulatory obligations and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience managing a busy caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence using case management systems and digital platforms.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting colleagues.
