The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships within the financial services market. Your day-to-day will include:

• Business Development: Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading financial institutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier contract candidates.
• Account Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding through contract renewal.
• Market Expertise: Staying up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates alike.
