Our Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) team continues to grow, and we are seeking a talented Lead Architect to join our award‑winning practice supporting Federal, Industrial/Food, and Generation facilities.
Our team delivers functional, high‑performance buildings with controlled environments, guided by responsible design practices and the principles of sustainability, LEED, and LEAN methodologies. Collaboration is central to our approach, with Building Information Modeling (BIM) serving as a key tool to communicate integrated 3D designs across project teams, owners, and construction partners. We pride ourselves on fostering long‑term client relationships while providing meaningful opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
This position is ideal for a motivated architectural professional who is actively pursuing architectural licensure, progressing through the ARE examination process, and ready to take ownership of small projects while receiving mentorship from senior architects and project managers
The successful candidate will support the planning, design, and delivery of industrial, manufacturing, federal, and commercial projects while developing increasing levels of technical and project management responsibility. Key responsibilities include:

Expected Salary (all locations): $88,500 - $141,700
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
