CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER IN THE
BAKERSFIELD, CA & HIGH DESERT, CA AREAS

GREAT CANDIDATES ARE LIKELY TO BE:
- Mechanically inclined and have experience with power tools
- Comfortable with learning and using new technology
- Have pool plumbing experience and are comfortable swimming
- Enjoy working outside, in a variety of conditions
- Appreciate working a flexible schedule, night shifts or weekends to best serve our customers
- Enjoy and be able to perform intermittent, heavy lifting and physical labor
- We enjoy developing our employees and providing comprehensive training in state-of-the-art methods and techniques. We also provide a company vehicle and all the tools you will need to perform your duties.
HOURLY WAGE: Starting ($30-$35hr based on experience)
JOB TYPE: Full-time/Year Round
POSITION INCLUDES:
- Hourly & Overtime Pay (as applicable)

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Perform slab and main line repairs for residential and commercial customers
- Perform manifold testing, partial bypasses and whole house reroutes
- Perform pool/spa repairs including under deck pot repairs and skimmer replacements
- Perform patch back of cement slabs as well as textured and aggregate pool deck surfaces
- Perform installation of water monitoring systems and water shut off systems
- Learn and master underground leak detection/location
- Provide professional and courteous customer service and communicate team members/managers
- Work indoors and outdoors in various temperature and weather conditions
- Submit electronic reports and photos of the services you provide
QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR:
- Valid California drivers license and a clean driving record
- English/Spanish speaker is ideal with the ability to write reports describing the services performed
- Plumbing, mechanical, pool and construction background is a big plus
- Team player, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, with a great attitude
- Self-starter, independent and organized
- Ability to swim (diving certificate is a plus)
- Neat appearance with a high standard for professionalism and character
- Plumbers license not required
