Experienced Fill-In Caregiver – $26 Per Hour

HomeWell Care Services of Northwest Atlanta is hiring highly experienced, dependable caregivers to join our dedicated Fill-In Caregiver Team.

We are building a select group of caregivers who can step in when our regular caregivers are unavailable due to call-outs, emergencies, vacations, or open shifts.

Pay: $26 per hour

This is a flexible, as-needed position designed for experienced caregivers who take pride in providing exceptional care and can be counted on when needed.

How Our Fill-In Team Works

We are creating an availability roster for Monday through Sunday.

During the application process, you will identify the specific days you are 100% available and willing to cover shifts.

When coverage is needed, our scheduling team will contact available caregivers based on their selected days, location, qualifications, and client needs.

Please only select days when you can reliably accept fill-in assignments.

Shifts are offered as needed and are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one care in clients' homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
• Assist with safe mobility and fall prevention
• Provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Follow individualized client care plans
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and management
• Arrive on time and be prepared to provide care with minimal notice when available
• Document care and complete required shift records

Required Qualifications

• Previous professional home care experience is REQUIRED
• Strong experience assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ability to confidently work independently in a client's home
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and communication
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clients and care environments
• Reliable transportation
• Professional attitude and a strong commitment to quality care
• Ability to complete all required onboarding and training
