Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst – Self Governance and Compliance to join our team in St. Louis, MO.
Position Responsibilities
Support Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Government’s compliance team in strengthening supply chain compliance processes and training across operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development and delivery, and process adherence.
Assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, documentation, and employee learning initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are practical, current, and aligned with Boeing standards.
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integration
Experience with training, communications, and/or learning and development
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
Strong communication skills, Strong problem solving skills, and Strong drive for process improvement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of direct experience with Boeing and/or Boeing Global Services supply chain operations
Ability to coach and support supply chain employees effectively
Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory or contractual requirements
Experience developing or delivering compliance training
Familiarity with supplier management, audits, assessments, risk identification, and corrective action management
Strong understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and documentation control
Experience using Boeing systems, tools, or internal process frameworks
Knowledge of BGS Supply Chain command media, policies, procedures and work instructions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
pay range (Experienced): $88,400.00 - $119,600.00
pay range (Senior): $110,500.00 - $149,500.00
