Penny Paws Animal Clinic is a compassionate, fast-paced practice dedicated to providing high-quality wellness care and exceptional client service. We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our weekend vaccine clinic team and help us provide convenient, affordable preventive care for pets and the families who love them.

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory samples
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
  • Safely handle and restrain patients using compassionate techniques
  • Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
  • Educate clients regarding preventive care and wellness services
  • Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional patient care
  • Help maintain an efficient and organized workflow throughout the clinic

What You'll Bring

  • Previous veterinary technician experience
  • Strong technical skills, including venipuncture and patient restraint
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Positive attitude and collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with veterinary software is a plus
