Job location: Germany wide

Education qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent

Experience must have: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the last 3 years as a Nurse working in a hospital with at least 100 beds. This means if we have received the CV in October 2025 at the very worst case the candidate should have worked until November 2024.

Age: Below 35 years

Language:

• Minimum B1 German Certificate from Goethe/Telc/ECL (all modules should be cleared) to get the interview with the hospital
• B2 German Certificate from Goethe/Telc/ECL (all modules should be cleared) before flying to Germany
• The test score should be minimum 65%
• The candidate should be capable of giving interview in German

Job Benefits:

• Pick up from the airport and handover to the hospital; assistance with visa both in India and Germany etc. is supported;
• 40 hours working week; overtime can extend the vacation;
• 30 days working days vacation
• You will receive support from the hospital during the recognition course (approx. 6 months)
• Flight costs are reimbursed
• Language course continues to be paid when they start working
• Salary is paid during the training is paid
• 1 year of accommodation with subsidised rent (with subject to availability)

Salary range:

• Salary before recognition = 3000 Euros gross per month.
• With bonuses (late work, night work, weekend work) an additional 300 Euros to 500 Euros per month (variable salary)
• Salary After recognition = 3450 Euros gross per month
• With bonuses (late-night, night and weekend work) additionally between 300 Euros and 500 Euros per month (variable salary)
